OK Friends Now time for solve 0x00000709 error problem. For Solve this problem just follow some steps bellow :-
1. Click on start Type Regedit in the search box. Right click on regedit and run as administrator and click on yes option

GO to Run menu Box. (You just press window + R button on keyboard to shortcut open to Run menu box) and Click on start -All programs -Accessories – Run .

2. then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USERand double click on it.
3. Double click on Software and find Microsoft under Software.
4. Double click on Microsoft and find Windows NT under Microsoft.

5. Double click on Windows NT and Find CurrentVersion.
6. Double click on CurrentVersion And find Windows.
7. Now Right click on Windows and click on Permission option.

8.Click on Add button.

9. After that Click on Advanceed button

10. Click on Find Now Button
11. Select Everyone and click on OK Button .

12. Click in check box on Allow Full Control or Read
13. Then click on Apply and OK button.

14. After click on OK button Restart your Computer. and you see your problem is solved now.
